 With over twenty years of experience and after selling over 500 covers I can help you quiet your noisy vibratory finisher!

Our standard covers come in two types. Our favorite type is shown above suspended over the machine (like a large umbrella) by a rope and pulley system. The pulley is secured at the ceiling, or any other convenient structure, directly above the center of your machine. The cover is light weight so it can easily be hoisted up and down using the rope that is furnished. 

On some applications it is difficult to suspend the cover due to interference from some other device, such as a bridge crane. If you prefer we can supply a cover that hangs on the top of the machine. These covers are equally effective but usually have a shorter service life due to the fretting action of the machine on the cover as it shakes.

To get an estimate of the sound suppression that you can achieve with our cover simply cover the top of your machine with an old rug or heavy cloth. This will simulate the performance of our cover.

Our standard covers are made using three layers of material. The outside and the inside are heavy "rip stop" nylon impregnated with PVC. Sandwiched (stitched) inside is a 1" layer of heavy poly foam. The cover is suspended with straps and a 'stiffener" is inserted in pockets around the circumfrence. 50' of rope and a small pulley are also furnished.
