CP90 material is both economical and wear resistant. It is comparable in price to most competitors 80 durometer compounds but provides improved durability and cut resistance. Superior rebound characteristics make this the best choice for steel ball processing applications. The affinity that this material has for it’s self makes it a superior material for relining "barrel" type machines as it provides very strong seams.

HP90 & HP95 are denser and provide improved wear resistance on some applications. These materials are also machinable. Because they are harder they don’t provide the traction necessary for steel ball processing applications.

Shore D materials are "bowling ball hard" and used for many applications where rigidity is required.

Soft Materials are used extensively for sealing and dunnage applications.

Urethane Castings can be used for any application that requires a rubbery or wear resistant coating. Some of the myriad applications for polyurethane are: Internal Dust Collector lining, Dunnage parts, Rollers, Wheels, Wear Plates, Screens, Nozzles, Sheet Stock, Table Covers, etc. We can cast any type of object.
